Features: This machine is mainly used in the merged arc welding of the steel pole with big diameters and the H type steel in the steel structure plant. The machine frame is welded by the standard rectangular steel tube, the weight is very light but with high intensity, the automatic double guide device is lead by the straight line navigation, the tracking precision is very high, but the volume is very small, it can realize the function of dynamic tracking of the welding joint, it can also realize the two-way welding and guarantee the welding quality, thus to improve the working proficiency. It adopts the automatic flux vacuum recycled feeding device, the recycle rate of the flux is very high and the speed of the discharging is very quick, it will save the cost effectively and also save the labor intensity. The movement of the machine adopts the step-less control using the alternating current dynamo imported transducer, the range of adjustment is very wide and, the machine can move steadily. The welding machine and the wire head is powered by the advanced ZD-1000 direct current arc welding power source, and the wire head is the M29 hanging head, with excellent welding function, and the electric arc is very steady, the welding joint is very stiff and delicate. According to the user’s need, there is the additional function of the “double wire, single arc” and the “double wire, double arc”, which will improve the welding efficiency profoundly.
